Whether it’s your first Birkie or your fifteenth, one thing that separates skiers who show up confident from those who just hope to survive: a structured, ski-specific training plan that incorporates purposeful sessions beyond just time on the skis, including recovery days, strategic progression in volume that prevents injury, fueling practice, and a roadmap to peak at the right time.
We've helped athletes who completed their very first Birkie, to those who qualified for the elite wave. Coach Anthony, elite wave Birkie skier, certified personal trainer, B.S. Kinesiology, and certified endurance coach has developed a stand-alone plan for those who want the right training, without ongoing communication (that's our 1:1 coaching!).
Our all-in-one resource with workouts, video-guided strength training, and carb-loading protocols help eliminate the decision fatigue and guess work of what training to do, so you can arrive confident and ready on race day.
