Swim Coaching Packages Options

Four (4) in-person sessions package
These swim sessions begin with the education of swimming fundamentals, then progress through different drills and technique variations. In-person sessions will include underwater video analysis and in-water demonstration. Various equipment will also be offered as tools & support, allowed to be kept for each individual.

Six (6) in-person sessions package
These swim sessions begin with the education of swimming fundamentals, then progress through different drills and technique variations. In-person sessions will include underwater video analysis and in-water demonstration. Various equipment will also be offered as tools & support, allowed to be kept for each individual.

*Add on stand-alone lessons are also offered: 60-minute, 45-minute, and 30-minute. Team OutPace athletes will be offered a discount on these.
