1 - ONBOARDING
We’ll schedule a free call to answer any other questions you have about how we can help
Once you say you’re ready to work with us, we’ll get to know your goals, schedule, priorities, and current fitness level to help put together a personalized plan, delivered weekly, and with unlimited adjustments when obstacles get in the way
2 - COACHING & COMMUNITY
We’ll communicate via text and email to answer your questions from start to finish
We’ll provide virtual and in-person group workout opportunities, team events, team races, and team camps
We’ll support you with a suite of training and communication software to help you along the way
We’ll provide guidance on strategy, fueling, recovery, race day prep, etc.
3 - MAINTENANCE
We’ll connect you with our network of experts if you need any additional in-depth support in areas of nutrition, physical therapy, etc.
You’ll be surrounded by a community of others who will be your biggest supporters!
You can cancel at any point, no subscriptions or locked in time commitments

We work with athletes of all levels! Some who know very little about a new sport, to some who are looking to have major breakthrough performances with big goals.

This is very dependent on the person, their goals, and their priorities, and their schedule. We’ll work with you to find the right balance. We often find that people think they need to train a lot more than they need to. Consistency and longevity is key.

After our initial consult and you decide you want to work with us, we dive into more details about your goals and background. Once we’ve gotten through all the details and logistics, we typically can get up and running within just a couple of weeks! Timing is ultimately up to you.

We’ve helped hundreds of people on the journey towards accomplishing goals that may have seemed intimidating, impossible, or challenging, at first.
We understand that endurance events are just one component within life’s priorities and work with each individual to understand their goal and how we can best support them.
Like many others, we have busy lives with full schedules and multiple priorities, but we love setting goals, training, and learning about ourselves while enjoying the journey — the highs, and the lows, and persevering through obstacles – AND helping others experience the same!
We’ve helped non-runners who said they don’t really like running, cross their first marathon finish line. We’ve helped people afraid of swimming go on to finish an Ironman triathlon (with a 2.4 mile open water swim!). We’ve helped people see the potential in themselves, and enjoy the process.
